Order cancellation
If you regret an order you have done, contact our customer service via e-mail order@stoneshop.se as soon as possible for cancellation of order. If there is any transaction costs for Paypal, credit card etc. we have the right to charge you for this. Notice, it is not possible to cancel an order that’s already has been dispatched. If you regret after merchandise has been dispatched or has arrived it is only possible to regret by use the return policy, see below.

Delivery
Goods in stock will be shipped within 2 days after order.
All goods will be sent by recorded delivery.
It is important that you check the packing when you pick up the delivery. If the packing is damaged there is a risk that the goods also have been damaged.
You most report any damage directly to the delivery office.

Not collected parcels
Letter or packages that not have been collected at the Post office or the Post representative will be debits to the receiver for a minimum of 300 SEK for postage cost and administrative costs.

Return policy
You have the possibility to within 14 days after order return purchased item.
Stoneshop will give full refund for the item you send back. The item you wish to return must be unused or in the same condition as when you bought it. The freight cost for return is to be paid by the customer. Damage caused by the customer or the return freight will not be refunded. Before you return any item shall Stoneshop.se be informed. The items shall be well packed and then be returned by recorded shipping.
